We are a Social Organization (OS) linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC) located in the city of Macaíba, in Rio Grande do Norte.
ISD operates in the areas of maternal and child health, health of people with disabilities, neurosciences and neuroengineering.
Our mission is to promote education for life, forming citizens through integrated actions of teaching, search It is extension and contribute to the transformation more just and humane Brazilian social reality.

The ISD Residency Program is aimed at professionals in the areas of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Social Work, bringing together the areas of teaching, research and extension, strengthening both the Care Network for People with Disabilities
Community Service
Health care at the ISD units takes place from Monday to Friday (with the exception of national and local holidays), from 8 am to 5 pm.
